Permanent Recruitment Campaign Methodology

Our processes for sourcing and attracting the best finance talent on the market are thorough and at all times focused on both the client and candidates goals. They are detailed below:-

Initial briefing – Each assignment begins with an initial briefing from the client during which the key parameters of the project are agreed and documented including the methodology and timeline definition.

Confidential assignment brief – We draft and submit a confidential assignment brief for the client to approve detailing all criteria key to success in the role.

Research – Having defined the key criteria with the client, at a minimum we review our database for suitable individuals. If we have agreed a more in depth project with the client, we would also advertise the role in relevant media and conduct targeted networking and direct approaches to find those best qualified.

Candidate Interviews – Once we determine that an individual is both qualified and interested in a role, we conduct in depth interviews for further evaluation. A full candidate profile is prepared for the client incorporating with submission, which details our assessment of each candidate’s fit, and we facilitate all further meetings of the candidates with the client until a decision is reached.

Offer Management – Once the client has selected their preferred candidate, we conduct formal referencing. When an offer is made to a candidate, we are available to participate in any negotiations. Unsuccessful candidates are promptly and courteously informed.

Post Placement – We maintain active contact with the successful candidate through their resignation process and up to and beyond their start date. We also provide input to the hiring organisation upon onboarding.
